  • Form and Flow classes provide an education in the proper alignment and anatomy of yoga postures, igniting freedom for students to explore the breath and the body. Students will be guided through challenging sequences, creating fluidity in the practice while exploring form and breath. All levels of students are welcome and modifications will be given to ensure that everyone is able to participate.

  • Gentle Yoga classes incorporate gentle grounded movement, restorative poses, mindful breathing, and guided relaxation. Students have the opportunity to slow down, delve deeper into poses, and release tension from body and mind. This is a great class to prepare for meditation or a good night’s sleep, or as a recharge in the middle of your day!

  • Evening candlelit classes are a time to unwind from the day. The practice incorporates gentle grounded movement, restorative poses, mindful breathing, and guided relaxation. Students have the opportunity to slow down, delve deeper into poses, and release tension from body and mind. This is a great class to prepare for meditation or a good night’s sleep! Open to all levels and those new to yoga.

  • Mixed Level Vinyasa is a practice that flows from one posture to the next with an emphasis on safe alignment, fluidity, and connection to breath. Class is designed to build your relationship to the self, through mindfulness of moment-to-moment awareness without judgment or expectation. The teacher will give modifications to support new students, and options to increase intensity for seasoned practitioners.

  • Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga where postures are held for longer periods of time. These postures help in stretching connective tissue around the joints like the knees, pelvis, sacrum, spine and help to access the deeper layers of fascia. The long hold times of this practice offer the chance to sit with our emotions and can help us become more resilient to stress.

  • Restorative Yoga is a slow grounded class that focuses on rest and relaxation. Students are supported by props so the body can be comfortable, shifting the nervous system into a “rest and digest” state that is deeply rejuvenating. This practice helps to draw your attention inward, creating a sanctuary from the over-stimulation of daily life.

  • Power flow is a high-energy, advanced level vinyasa practice. In class we move through a vigorous, creative, and high endurance practice concentrating on strength and devotion within the body. If you like to rock out with fun music, challenge yourself with advanced postures and sweat, you will enjoy Power Flow! This class is for students with advanced asana practice. For your safety, please have at least one year of yoga practice experience before trying Power Flow.
