Day Of Mindfulness - A Silent Retreat with Khushi

Any act, when done mindfully, is an act of love. Join Khushi in a day long workshop to retreat within yourself. This unique workshop offers participants the opportunity to be in silence as they practice different mindfulness modalities to develop inner awareness. The day begins with a clarifying Hatha yoga practice, moves on to seated meditation, mindful eating, walking meditation, restorative yoga, yoga nidra, and ends with a meditation for the welfare of all beings. Perhaps it is not necessary to go away to retreat, but to go within. Please note this is a silent retreat; however you are welcome to ask any questions. Participants must bring their lunch.
