Deep Teach Tuesdays: Yoga Nidra

Starting in April! Join teachers Verred and Said at Breathing Room on Tuesday evenings from 6:30-7:30pm for immersive practices aimed at delving deep into self with Yoga Nidra and Qi Gong. This on-going series begins April 3 with Yoga Nidra and April 10 with Qi Gong. These offerings will then alternate weekly.

Qi Gong, translated from Mandarin as "energy cultivation", was developed 4,000 years ago in China as a Daoist practice. Through focused intention, Qi Gong settles the mind, improves circulation, balances internal organs and acupuncture channels, and promotes health and vitality. This practice is perfect for all ages and backgrounds because the movements are simple and gentle on the body.
