Ease of Heart

How do we stay open and grounded through challenging and turbulent times? This 3-part workshop series with Julia is an invitation to gather in community, share & support each other, and learn tools on how to live with vitality and ease. The workshops will be experiential, which means adapted to fit who’s in the room each time and full allowance to show up exactly as you are. Each session will focus on a specific theme and be different as we co-create the experience together. We will explore a combination of practices, including yoga, somatics, music & chanting, guided relaxation, meditation, partner/group work, active listening, mantras & intention setting.

ABOUT THE TEACHER
Julia is a yoga therapist, trauma-informed yoga & meditation teacher, nature & music lover, and compassionate facilitator. Her work is devoted to the happiness, ease & liberation of all beings everywhere.
