Join Dr. Lindsay Ronshagen for this three part “Food for Thought” series all about healthy eating. In this series, you will learn the fundamentals of nutrition and begin to understand the Why’s and What’s of achieving an optimal diet. We’ll then delve deeper into gut health to learn about symptoms and natural treatments for those who deal with the belly blues.

Led by Dr. Lindsay, a Board-certified Naturopathic Physician and owner of Good Medicine Naturopathic Health Center, you are sure to leave intellectually sated, nutritionally inspired and naturally empowered. Questions will be encouraged with an opportunity for Q & A in each session.
