Ground in Sound: Harp, Spoken Word & Restorative Yoga
April 22nd, 2020 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Join us in grounding on Earth Day with a beautiful evening of harp, spoken word & restorative yoga. Christine Elise Gallagher (harpist/vocalist/music therapist) and Kuf Knotz (MC/poet/songwriter) are currently collaborating to create positive, soulful, forward-thinking music driven by a strong message. The Philadelphia duo partners with yoga teachers, nationwide, to facilitate a peaceful and meditative experience, combining harp, spoken word, & sound healing with restorative postures. Breathing Room’s teacher and yoga therapist Julia will facilitate the yoga flow accompanied by dynamic and beautiful sounds.
