Intuitive Eating Workshop

The way you relate to food has a large impact on your health and wellbeing. In our culture of dieting, eating based on rigid guidelines is very common. In this workshop with Kirsten Ackerman, you’ll learn a way of eating that releases food rules, embraces internal body cues, and allows you to find peace with food and your body. We will examine our own personal relationships with food and learn the ten basic principles of intuitive eating. We will also explore practical applications of this approach with simple mindfulness techniques.

Kirsten Ackerman is a registered dietitian and creator of The Intuitive RD, a private nutrition counseling business helping women find food peace, body acceptance and health at every size.
