In this two-day workshop, you will feel the importance of nature and understand the essence of it through experience. This is an introduction in how to realize one’s true nature within the elements of water, wind, earth and fire, and feel that we are a part of them. Accompanied by yoga and meditation, we will go into one’s depth, working in a group, as well as individually. Our self contemplation and self reflection will help us to come out of illusion and delusion. In this way, compassion and loving kindness becomes the real art of living.
Join us in welcoming Khushi and her teacher, Sajana from Nepal to the Breathing Room Community. At the age of 18, Sajana gained universal knowledge, becoming deeply connected to the essence of nature and all sentient beings. She shares the true spirit of love and compassion to all sentient beings in this world and is a guide into a deeper understanding.

*Friday evening will be an introduction to the workshop contents and an opportunity to meet each other and Sajana. An important time to set one's mind and intention for our two day immersion and work together to co-create.
**There will be excursions both walking and perhaps driving distance by carpool. Please plan accordingly and bring walking shoes for the forest, sun protection (hat/sunscreen), packed lunch, yoga mat, mosquito repellent, and possibly a swimsuit.
