Settle Into Stillness

Do you want to start a meditation practice but struggle with sitting still from either discomfort or restless energy? Yin Yoga can encourage a practitioner's ability to sit with ease and meditate with greater clarity. This 90-minute practice consists of one hour asana, 5 minutes of lecture & 25 minutes of meditation, serving as a passively held practice to leverage Yin Yoga to prepare the body and mind to rest into stillness. No experience is required as posture modifications will be encouraged in this beginner Yin practice, ensuring that all can receive the benefits of greater stillness.

Bre is a 200 HR RYT who has been teaching locally for the last five years. She has incorporated Yin Yoga into her teachings after seeing her yoga practice dramatically shift from studying the practice; interwoven philosophy and emotional perspectives add depth to this softening practice that revitalizes the whole body and mind.
