Shoes off? Yes please.  In an effort to maintain a cozy and clean space, we ask that shoes stay in the foyer or cubbie room.

Mats available? Absolutely. A limited number of mats, blankets, straps & bolsters are available within each class space.

I'm thirsty, what's to drink? We have a filtered water fountain with a bottle filling station as well as bottled water for sale: $1. We also have un-caffeinated hot tea and animal crackers for your enjoyment!

I'm new to Yoga? What do I wear? Swatpants, shorts, or leggings are suggested, as well as T-shirt or tank top. Basically, anything that you can move comfortably and freely in!

OUR POLICIES

PAYMENTCash & check. Credit cards accepted for payments over $10.  6.35% CT sales tax will be added to all purchases at checkout.

EXPIRATION: Please be mindful of the expiration date on your class card. We do our best to offer affordable prices and generous policies so that everyone can experience the benefits of yoga. If you run out of time on your class card, you can carry unused classes over onto the purchase of your next class card for just an extra $15. Call or visit our front desk and we'll be happy to help! Class cards cannot be shared, but we do like to share hugs and love!

LATE ARRIVALS & CANCELLATIONS: We do our best to honor each other's space and time. Please arrive for class 10-15 minutes early so you have enough time to settle in. When classes are full, preregistered spots will only be held up to 10 minutes before the class. Of course, we understand that life happens! If you are running late, there is a 7-minute window to enter into a class once it has started, provided that there is space in the room. You will be asked to wait outside the room until the opening meditation is complete.

Class Cancellations: Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the class start time will be refunded onto the class card. Late cancels with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full class rate, except in extenuating circumstances. No refunds on class cards will be given once a class has started.

Workshop Cancellations: Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the workshop start time will receive a full refund onto your MindBody account or 90% refund onto the original payment method (10% deducted for service fees). Late cancels with less than 48 hours notice will receive 50% refund onto your MindBody account. No refunds will be given once a workshop has started.

Training Cancellations: Please check the specific training registration page for info on nonrefundable fees or deposits. Cancellations made before registration deadline will receive a full refund (minus nonrefundable fees) onto your MindBody account or 90% refund onto the original payment method (10% deducted for service fees). Late cancels after the registration deadline will receive 30% refund onto your MindBody account. No refunds will be given once a training has started.

AERIAL CLASSES

Aerial classes start on time. Students should arrive at least 15 minutes early, wear a top that covers the shoulders/armpits, and remove all jewelry. No late entries allowed since each silk needs to be adjusted to fit each individual's height.

There is a 3 person minimum to run class. Pre-registration and payment is required to reserve a spot and to ensure that there are enough students to run the class. Class will not run if less than 3 people are signed up. Students will be notified no less than 2 hours in advance if a class is cancelled. Students' class cards will not be charged and drop-in payments will be available as credit to use for another class.

If you need to cancel your signup for an aerial class, please do so at least 2 hours before. Cancellations with less than 2-hour notice or no-shows will not be refunded their payment for the class. We will take extenuating circumstances into account.

welcome!
