Aerial "Fun"damentals is a beginner-friendly class that starts with a yoga-based warm up, stretching, strength conditioning, and is focused on building the fundamental aerial skills you will need to progress in your aerial practice, such as hipkeys, rollups and inversions. Did we mention, it’s totally fun?

In the Aerial Flow class, we incorporate the aerial hammock into a traditional flow class exploring flexibility, strength, balance and basic inversions. Beginner-friendly & open to everyone!
