Slow-Flow Candlelit

This night-time candle-lit class creates space to unwind the mind and check in with body and breath. During class we'll begin with a gentle vinyasa, which will then move 
through yin, and finish in restorative. 

Our practice will go at a more gentle pace, with opportunities to delve deep into poses, releasing tension and relaxing heart, head, hips, and hamstrings. You might just float home after class! (Open to all levels.)
