Strong Meditative Flow

Strong Meditative Flow will move through a slowed-down Vinyasa style practice, with emphasis on gaining strength and flexibility in body and mind--a form of mediation through movement. In this class, awareness will be on breathe and subtle sensations, allowing you to get out of your mind and into your physical and energetic body. All levels class with modifications offered, as well as advanced postures to challenge the experienced Yogi.
