The Complete Practice
Deepen your yoga with this special 2-hour class. With a spirit of curiosity and beginner’s mind, we will integrate three practices into a unified whole: a longer seated meditation; pranayama; and a strong, precise hatha flow. The asana will be geared towards more experienced practitioners but adventurous and committed beginners are welcome. As we align our mental and physical practices, we attune to deeper levels of subtlety and the inner essence of our yoga. This creates the conditions for growth, on and off the mat.
