BR (Breathing Room) Signature Flow is a creative vinyasa practice that begins with a grounding warm-up and energizing sun salutations, gradually building into a fun, fluid, and imaginative sequence. Students are guided through purposeful alignment and anatomy cues, with space to connect breath, movement, and personal expression in the flow. Each class includes an intentional offering for contemplation—whether it be a yogic concept, poem, or reflection—so the practice is not only about movement, but also about deepening your relationship to self. The flow is designed to challenge and support you in equal measure, cultivating strength, balance, and fluidity while leaving space for play and creativity. All levels are welcome, with thoughtful modifications offered to ensure everyone feels empowered and included in the practice.

Vin to Yin is a fascia-forward blend of mindful vinyasa and yin. We begin with a flowing, wave-like practice designed to hydrate tissues and wake up proprioception — the body’s sense of itself in space. Moving like water, we explore spirals, rebounds, and gentle pulses that help reveal where tension or “catches” live in the body. From there, we settle into longer yin holds to unwind chronic holding patterns and invite the nervous system to soften.
Students can expect a practice that feels fluid, spacious, and deeply rejuvenating — leaving class lighter, clearer, and more connected. This class is appropriate for all levels; props and variations are offered.

Awaken your body and mind with an energizing vinyasa practice designed to start your day with clarity and ease. Move with intention, open your body to the new day, and leave feeling refreshed and grounded. All levels welcome.

Restorative Yoga is a slow grounded class that focuses on rest and relaxation.
