Join Margot for this 3-session intro series running. Nyasa means, ‘to place’ and Vi means ‘in an intelligent or sacred way’. Vinyasa: To place in an Intelligent way, or “wise progression.”
In our physical practice a “Vinyasa” is referred to following a practice of smooth and intelligent transitions between postures with mindful connection of breath and body. Mindful practice is developing a moment to moment awareness of self without judgement or expectation.

Whatever I am working on or undergoing in my own life and practice will flow through me and into my classes.
