 ​​​​​At Breathing Room, we offer multiple annual yoga teacher trainings across a multitude of subjects and disciplines.

We offer an in-depth 200HR Teacher Training that far surpasses your average asana education. You will leave deeply enriched in the full 8 limbs of yoga, able to honor their roots and lead a well rounded practice. Fall 2024 200hr is currently taking place.
