Upon Arrival

We do our best to honor each other's space and time. Please allow yourself enough time before class to account for traffic, parking, technological difficulties, signing in, and getting settled.

PARKING

Parking is available at:

  • Crown Street Parking Garage, located directly across the street from the building at Crown Street College St. *Validation is available ONLY after 4 p.m.*

  • Kirk's Open Air Lot is located next to the building at 210 Crown St. *Tell them you are going to class at Breathing Room and they will give you a discount. CASH ONLY.*

  • There is metered parking on the street. Download the Parkmobile app in advance for easy access.

Late policy

Depending on staffing, there is no late entry as the teacher needs to start class on time. If you are running a few minutes late, please call us so the teacher can leave the door open as needed.

Class Cancellations

Cancellations made 4 hours prior to the class start time will be refunded onto the class card. Late cancels with less than 4 hours notice will be charged the full class rate, except in extenuating circumstances. No refunds on class registration will be given once a class has started. For in-person classes, no-shows or class cancellations received less than 4 hours prior to the class time will be charged the price of a single class. If you are an unlimited member, this fee is $15.

In case of inclement weather, outdoor classes may be cancelled and replaced with a virtual offering. We will make the call and inform you of any cancellations by 5pm. You will be given the option to switch or cancel your registration for cancelled classes without charge.

Workshop Cancellations

Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the workshop start time will receive a full refund onto your MindBody account or 90% refund onto the original payment method (10% deducted for service fees). Late cancels with less than 48 hours notice will receive 50% refund onto your MindBody account. No refunds will be given once a workshop has started.

Training Cancellations

Please check the specific training registration page for info on nonrefundable fees or deposits. Cancellations made before registration deadline will receive a full refund (minus nonrefundable fees) onto your MindBody account or 90% refund onto the original payment method (10% deducted for service fees). Late cancels after the registration deadline will receive 30% refund onto your MindBody account. No refunds will be given once a training has started.
