Join Margot, mother of two, as she helps each student build strength and confidence as they prepare for birth. In class expect opportunities to connect and share with other expecting practitioners and gain tools to take with you into birth and the postpartum journey. Fridays at 10:45am-11:45am beginning October 18th.
Margot & Kristin will create and hold space for reflection, introspection, clearing out and letting go. Enjoy a mindfully embodied asana practice coupled with meditation and journaling prompts as well as a fire ceremony for transformation in the new year.

This module will focus on the vibration of sound or nāda yoga and its healing effects on the body/mind. We will learn the key mantras of the vedic and tantric traditions to apply in our daily life, and their correct pronunciation and intonation.
Join Lauren as we pamper ourselves and learn more about "dinacharya," a daily Ayurvedic self-care routine. Sip on a warm cup of tea while we explore the Ayurvedic clock which helps us align to the natural rhythms of nature. Check out different self-care products as we discuss cleansing the five senses through intentional daily practices.

Yogic Mythology is a playground of stories and fables that are meant to inspire the practitioner to deepen in awareness. We will hear the stories of key asanas as we practice them to embody creativity and deep respect for the lineage of yoga.
