Sound Bath Saturdays

Take time to relieve stress, find inner peace and balance through the transformative powers of sound. During a session, you will rest comfortably with props to fully support your surrender. Allow the waves of frequency to guide you into a restful state and softly soak in the sounds served by an array of instruments and vocal tones, creating an experience of deep peace and harmonic love. The meditative sounds of singing bowls, gongs, ocean drums, chimes, and other healing tools activate the relaxation response to calm your mind, relax your body, feel your emotions and nourish your soul.

Situated in our beautifully spacious Ballroom, guests are encouraged to pack a suitcase of comfort, especially their own mat, pillow, bolster and blanket… cozy socks are a nice touch too!

ABOUT OUR BELOVED SOUND HEALERS

Haley Proto is a lover of all things learning and has a deep passion for sound meditation. Through her own training and practices, she has come to connect with a deeper sense of self. Haley creates and holds space for others to do the same and believes it is at this point we can begin to process and release blocks stored within the body.

Kelly Nicholson is a healer in every sense of the word, holding sacred space for everyone she meets. She has dedicated her life to be a mirror, reflecting to those in her presence, the light that lies within us all. She is a soul coach, intuitive artist, and sound healer, weaving the colorful threads of light we all are. Her desire is to activate your inner alchemist and empower you to live a life filled with presence and love.

Kelvin Young is a sound healer and a person in long-term recovery, which means he hasn't consumed alcohol or any other drug to cope with emotional distress since March 6, 2009. Kelvin has presented around the country in diverse settings, including yoga studios, retreat centers, conferences, ecstatic dances, festivals, colleges, prisons, addiction treatment centers, psychiatric inpatient units at state hospitals and mental health agencies. Today, he continues to share his story of finding freedom from alcohol, marijuana, cocaine, heroin and prescription drugs and facilitates group sound healing sessions throughout the United States. He is passionate about holding space for people to heal with sound and is known for his warm, loving and down-to-earth way of connecting with people.
