Chris

Chris has been practicing yoga for fifteen years. He began his yoga practice to improve his back pain and he was surprised by how much it helped. His back pain is gone and practicing yoga has also improved his mood and overall health. In March of 2015, he completed a 200-hour certificate course at Breathing Room in New Haven, CT. Chris has enjoyed expanding his understanding of yoga and has been teaching classes at Breathing Room as well as offering private lessons for nine years. He established a daily practice about three years ago which gives him an opportunity to learn from many different teachers. Chris is a connoisseur of the arts. He collects visual works from local artists and music from all over the world. He lives in New Haven with his wife and thirteen year old son.
