Kayla

Kayla, RYT200 completed her training through Yogaworks in December of 2016. She first found yoga as a way to explore the mind-body connection during her undergraduate years studying psychology. Kayla strives to hold a space where students can deepen their awareness inward and be curious to explore the union between their own emotional, mental and physical bodies. In her class, you will be encouraged to express intuitive movement and shape, while grounding the body through breathwork and traditional asana postures.
