ABOUT THE TEACHERS
Margot’s passion for the creative goes far beyond her unique eye for design and innovative class sequencing. Margot has the ability to turn a room into a sanctuary and a business into a community of people working together for a greater good. Margot’s style of teaching is influenced by more than 20 years of devotion to her personal yoga practice and education. She holds over 900 hours of training in a wide variety of yoga philosophy and style.

Haley: To me, yoga is all about the balance between movement and stillness/awareness so my classes often combine both the Yin & Yang. I love leading Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative and also frequently weave in sound healing, essential oils and Reiki as I have found these experiences tremendously valuable.
