Morning Practice to Balance the Doshas with Kathryn Templeton

Join us in-studio or online for a light hearted morning flow with Kathryn! We all have vata dosha (air or ether), pitta dosha (fire), and kapha dosha (water and earth) in our bodies, yet we have our own relationship to each. This relationship is our unique “special sauce” or constitution. Our focus will be on asana, pranayama, and meditation practices that bring these energies into a more sattvic (harmonious) and pacified state.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Kathryn Templeton has devoted her life to the health of others. A psychotherapist for 30 years, kathryn is a Master Teacher in the field of Drama Therapy & continues to work both clinically & as an educator specializing in the treatment of individuals with anxiety, depression & complex trauma. The integration of the Three Wisdom Traditions; Yoga, Ayurveda & Psychotherapy are operational in all consultations, either as primary therapy or as support to other therapeutic interventions.
