Equinox Yoga

Equinox Nature Sunset

This Equinox, while the earth spins into balance of light and dark, join Yogis Sasha and Sasha for an outdoor co-created class to attune our own inner equilibrium and welcome the new season. Weaving together the active styles familiar to Sasha K with the regenerative relaxing expertise of Sasha L, let’s explore the wondrous interplay of effort and relaxation within our minds and bodies.

LOCATION & PARKING
The outdoor class will meet on the top floor of the Crown Street Garage (213 Crown St) right across the street from out studio. Parking validation is available for $3. Please bring exact cash.

INCLEMENT WEATHER
In case of inclement weather, the outdoor class may be and replaced with just the virtual offering. We will make the call and inform you of any cancellations by 5pm. You will be given the option to switch or cancel your registration for cancelled classes without charge.

ARRIVAL & GROUND RULES
Please arrive 10-20 mins before class to give plenty of time to sign in and set up your space. Please make sure to wear your mask as you arrive and leave and keep social distancing as you do. We will have staff here to greet you! Please leave 6ft of space between you and the yogi checking in for class before you, as well as between you and your greetor.

Ground Rules to keep us as safe as possible:

  • Preregistration is required via our Mindbody schedule. Class size is capped at 40 students. All no-shows or cancellations received less than 4 hours prior to the class time will be charged the price of a single class. For unlimited members, this fee is $15.

  • All participants must wear a mask the entire time before and after class, ie. entering the garage, using the stairs/elevator and setting up your mat space. Once you are on your designated mat space, with 6ft social distance spacing on all sides, you may choose to practice with or without a mask.

  • Please be mindful to maintain 6ft distance from others when entering and leaving the garage. When arriving, please stagger elevator rides and limit to one person per elevator. If taking the stairs, try to leave 10-20 seconds in between others to main distance on the stairwell. We will try to also stagger departure so that not everyone is leaving all at once.

  • There will be markers on the ground to indicate mat spacing. Upon arrival please choose a spot and place your mat along the designated markers. Any mats that do not follow the designated spacing will not be allowed to practice.

  • The teacher will be maintaining 6ft distance from all participants. This means that the teacher will not be providing any hands-on assists, unless there is an emergency.

  • Breathing Room will not be providing any mats, props, water, masks, or sanitizing materials. Please bring your own. *Note: We will be practicing outdoors on hard pavement and don't recommend using any yoga mats that you wouldn't want to get dirty or worn out!

  • We will be practicing in an open public space. Breathing Room does not take responsibility for any personal belongings. We highly recommend bringing as few personal items with you as possible and leaving valuables at home or secured in your vehicle.

  • Please maintain 6ft social distance at all times and refrain from sharing any items ie, props or sanitizing equipment. We know it’s hard, but it’s for the best!

  • Do not come to class if you've had any of the listed COVID symptoms, have a fever or experienced a fever in the last month.
