Join Margot for this introduction to the 8 Limbs of Yoga. This Date is a teaser for the upcoming series kicking off in January.
This is a non-asana (non-movement) Yoga class.
In this series Margot will teach and unpack different yoga philosophies, principles and concepts in a digestible way.
Through lecture and light group discussion Margot will lead us into awareness of how we can incorporate these teachings into our daily lives supporting our relationship to self and others.

The first 4 week series will be around the first two Limbs of Yoga:
The Yamas / First Limb of Yoga: Principles/codes of conduct for being in relationship to others and understanding how this helps us to be a beneficial presence in the world.
The following Series Topics include:
The Koshas: Learning the different layers of our physical, energetic, emotional, and spiritual being.
Kriya Yoga: The importance of hard work, dedication, self study, awareness and the ultimate surrender to the unfolding of life.
PAGL: Learning the importance of living your life through the principles of Peace, Assurance, Gratitude and Love
About the Teacher
Margot’s style of teaching is influenced by more than 20 years of devotion to her personal yoga practice and education. She the co-creator and lead instructor of BR’s yoga teacher trainings.
