ABOUT THE TEACHER

Marlene wants to create, curate and cultivate community experiences, through a candid approach, as well as to celebrate our own inner wisdom and purpose, through mindful presence and breathwork, and thought-provoking guided meditation. I approach this with humor and humility, as well as nurturing and a good playlist, but most of all, with connection and love.
