Yin Yoga & Mantra Meditation Series


In this offering we will combine the practices of Yin Yoga & Mantra Meditation in an effort to slow down and create space and balance.

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga where postures are held for longer periods of time. These postures help in stretching connective tissue around the joints to help to access the deeper layers of fascia. The long hold times of this practice offer the chance to sit with our emotions and can help us build our resilience to stress.

Mantra Meditation is part of my regular personal practice and can help break negative patterns within your life by shining the light of awareness onto said patterns. By combining these two practices we will work together to uncover aspects of self that have been hidden, ignored or buried within, and start the process of releasing.


ABOUT THE TEACHER
To Haley, yoga is all about the balance between movement and stillness/awareness so my classes often combine both the Yin & Yang. I love leading Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative and also frequently weave in sound healing, essential oils and Reiki as I have found these experiences tremendously valuable.
