Join Margot for her famous Chocolate Chakra Workshop!

Within this 2 hour in-person class, our meditation and asana practice will be designed to dive deep into the elemental energies of earth, water, fire, air and ether that relate to the different areas of our physical and emotional body otherwise know as the chakra system. We will also indulge in 7 unique chocolates from around the world -- specially paired with the corresponding element of each chakra!

Let's explore our senses in a whole new way! Pre-registration is required by Feb 9 so we can order an adequate amount of chocolate. Space is lovely & limited!

ABOUT THE TEACHER
Margot’s style of teaching is influenced by more than 20 years of devotion to her personal yoga practice and education.
