Join Margot for this 4 week non-asana (non-movement) yoga class series.
In this series, Margot will teach and unpack different yoga philosophies, principles, and concepts in a digestible way. Through lecture and light group discussion Margot will lead us into awareness of how we can incorporate these teachings into our daily lives, supporting our relationship to self and others.
This 4 week series will be centered around the Chakra System. Chakras refer to various energy centers in your body that correspond to specific nerve bundles, internal organs, and different qualities of consciousness. The seven major chakras run from the base of your spine to the top of your head. If these energy centers get blocked, you may experience physical or emotional symptoms related to a particular chakra.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Margot’s teaching style is influenced by more than 20 years of devotion to her personal yoga practice and education. She the co-creator and lead instructor of BR’s yoga teacher training. “I truly believe that yoga is an extension of how we live our lives and that every challenge we encounter, whether on or off the mat, is meant to help us learn a deeper lesson of how we live, communicate and treat each other and ourselves."
