ABOUT THE TEACHERS
Margot’s style of teaching comes from over 1000 hours of training in Asana, philosophy, Ayurveda, Reiki & Energy work, Vinyasa, and Iyengar, among other styles and disciplines. She has taught internationally and studied under teachers such as Ali Cramer, Ruth Robbins, Nikki Costello, Judith Lasater, Rodney Yee, Brian Kest, Ellena Brower, Dana Flynn, and others.

Margot attributes her teachings to years of learning from life's experiences of loss, love, challenge, and joy. She believes that the practices are an extension of your life and we need to meet them with dedication, grace, and humility knowing that each challenge is an opportunity to learn, grow, and expand.

In class with Margot, you will find philosophy, deeply contemplating dharma, and widely fun sequencing. Margot is the queen of “the full experience” so expect to learn, laugh, let go, listen to some good tunes and be pushed to be nothing but yourself exactly as you are.

For Kristin, each moment can be an opportunity to serve your spirit, honor your growth, and practice compassion. Her diverse background of teaching experience spans from a variety of populations, including patients with eating disorders and incarcerated individuals. Her classes are led intuitively with enthusiasm and some challenge, while still providing a space for students to connect with their highest being and deep inner work. Off the mat, she continues to explore the Self through tarot, nature and crystal healing.
