Create space to intentionally slow down and pamper yourself while learning about "dinacharya," an Ayurvedic self-care routine. Sip on a warm cup of tea and enjoy a hand-crafted herbal snack while we explore the Ayurvedic clock which helps us align to the natural rhythms of nature. Check out different self-care products as we discuss cleansing the five senses through intentional practices. You will relax, be pampered, and learn something new all at the same time. We will end this magical evening of self-love with an abbreviated "abhyanga" which is an Ayurvedic self-massage using oil to protect the body and calm the nervous system. The perfect way to get ready for bed!
**Please have a towel and clothes you don't mind getting a little oil on. We will be massaging the head, legs, arms, and neck.**
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Lauren is a 500 hr RYT and Ayurvedic Practitioner. Lauren has trained and taught in New York City, India, at Kripalu Center. Lauren found yoga and Ayurveda through her own journey searching for inner peace and personal healing. Sharing these learnings with others has become the greatest gift to her. Lauren strives to teach in a way that is approachable and accessible to all people. She believes that simple shifts can make big changes in our everyday life.
