New Year's Reset: 40 Days of Practice


Enhance your New Year with Breathing Room’s annual Sadhana, a 40 Day Yoga RESET! Sadhana is defined as a repeated practice performed with observation & reflection to create positive change. During this time, participants are invited to commit to a daily yoga practice and to experience all levels & styles of Breathing Room’s yoga classes, including meditation & mindfulness, plus be supported by a community of teachers and fellow classmates with weekly virtual check-ins!

Choose to commit to 40 days of unlimited yoga classes, 40 days of meditation with Khushi, OR both together!

40 Days of Yoga includes:

  • Unlimited in-studio and virtual yoga classes

  • Weekly live virtual check-in and Q&A with Margot and BR teachers

  • Access to shared virtual calendar to track your progress

  • Other fun surprises & raffle prizes to support you throughout the 40 days

40 Days of Meditation includes:

  • Six 10-25 minute guided meditation recordings to use for daily practice

  • Weekly live virtual check-in, Q&A, and community practice with Khushi

  • Access to shared virtual calendar to track your progress

Weekly yoga check-in - Sundays 4:15-4:45pm EST
Weekly meditation check-in - Sundays 5-6pm EST

7 CHECK-INS 

  • 1/5 Wednesday Kickoff 7-8pm

  • 1/9 Sunday 5-6pm

  • 1/16 Sunday 5-6pm

  • 1/23 Sunday 5-6pm

  • 1/30 Sunday 5-6pm

  • 2/6 Sunday 5-6pm

  • 2/13 Sunday 5-6pm

*Current BR Unlimited Members may participate in the 40 Days of Yoga for free. 5 and 10 Class Monthly Members may put their memberships on pause during the 40 days by emailing info@breathingroomct.com.
