ABOUT THE TEACHER
Kristin’s yoga journey started as a way to decompress from the strenuous college grind in 2010. After being immersed in a strong yoga community with Baptiste roots, she felt called to teach and earned her RYT 200hr & RYT 300hr by 2018 to complete her RYT 500hr LivFree® credentials. Her passion as a teacher is to guide others through their own exploration of the mind and body because without this inquiry, we do a disservice to our authentic purpose in relation to our world. Her diverse background of teaching experience spans from a variety of populations, including patients with eating disorders and incarcerated individuals. Her classes are led intuitively with enthusiasm and some challenge, while still providing a space for students to connect with their highest being and deep inner work.
