This detoxifying workshop with Tobie will release your body of unwanted toxins while also energizing you from inside out. During winter, the body is more sedentary and energy can become stagnant. Spring is the perfect time to detoxify and cleanse the body through pranayama and yoga asana geared toward lengthening and twisting the body to help release unwanted toxins so we can move into the season feeling brighter and lighter. This workshop will invite the body to release blocked energy, cleanse the skin and internal abdominal organs and release tension in the spine. Together, let’s wring out the old and welcome the new!
