ABOUT THE HOSTS
With a profound belief in the harmony between movement and stillness, Haley's classes seamlessly blend the principles of Yin & Yang yoga, fostering a balance of physical exertion and inner peace. She specializes in Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative yoga, while embodying mindfulness, aware and guiding students towards holistic wellness. Beyond traditional yoga practices, Haley integrates sound healing, essential oils, and Reiki, creating transformative experiences that nurture the mind, body, and spirit
As a yoga practitioner, perpetual student, instructor and fellow being, Marlene is passionate to not only share with others what she has learned, and continues to learn, from the study of yoga, but also to make these teachings accessible for as many as possible. A desire of hers, is to create, curate and cultivate community experiences, through a candid approach, as well as to celebrate our own inner wisdom and purpose, through mindful presence and breathwork, and thought-provoking guided meditation. She approaches this with humor and humility, as well as nurturing and a good playlist, but most of all, with connection and love.
